Duties As a senior Human Resources Specialist for the Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA), the incumbent will be responsible for the pay and compensation program, providing technical guidance, and training on the pay and compensation policy program to EOUSA senior leadership and the United States Attorneys' Offices (USAOs). EOUSA and the USAOs are comprised of nearly 13,000 employees located in 94 offices throughout the United States. Duties include: Manages the pay and compensation policy program for EOUSA and USAOs throughout the country to achieve mission, goals, and objectives. Develops and implements pay and compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures. Make recommendations on how to resolve complex, controversial, and unprecedented pay and compensation issues. Provides expert level advisory services on pay and compensation matters to senior leadership and personnel staff. Ensures accuracy and consistency interpreting and applying pay and compensation regulations throughout the agency. Salary- $143,913 - $187,093/year
