Salary
We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys and the firm's needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents for multiple attorneys.
- Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
- Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Record and store client information
- Client management, giving updates, answer discovery, scheduling, etc.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience as an injury paralegal
- Familiarity with legal research
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage heavy caseload and manage time properly
- Ability to manage calendars for multiple attorneys and states
- Attention to Detail
- Deadline and detail-oriented

In Person Position (REMOTE NOT AN OPTION)
Pay Depends on Experience and will only increase significantly after a successful 90 day probationary period.
