Paralegal - Legal Assistant

Are you tired of the “big firm” environment and having no work/life balance?

Curley Law Firm LLP is a boutique firm that serves clients’ needs ranging from estate planning, elder law, MassHealth planning, probate and trust administration, and special needs planning. We work together as a team to best serve our clients. We are searching for a Paralegal or Legal assistant to join our firm.

About Us

Our firm culture is based on respect and congeniality. It gives us pleasure to help our clients achieve peace of mind in the aging process and during challenging life events. We pitch-in together to help move client matters to completion. We welcome input from the staff. We’re always trying to be better and do better in our chosen practice areas.

Our office is located in a 220-year-old house that has multiple floors and no elevator. We are a busy office and spend our days “moving the ball forward” to get our client work accomplished.

Our ideal candidate has 3+ years’ experience in a law office. We are seeking someone who enjoys working independently and is self-motivated. You also need to be comfortable working with clients and others through phone, Zoom, MS Teams, email, etc.  The paralegal/legal asst. supports our team working on multiple legal projects.  As many of our clients are dealing with the challenges that come with aging, you must be patient, understanding and compassionate.

Employees must pass a background and credit check before employment can commence.
