The Opportunity

We’re looking for an attorney to support our global investigations legal team. This is an outstanding opportunity to join Adobe’s Compliance and Ethics team, a smart, creative, and collaborative group of dedicated professionals working on the front lines to ensure that Adobe acts with integrity in all areas of its business! This role reports to Adobe’s Sr. Managing Counsel, Investigations.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting investigations covering a wide range of compliance topics relating to our Code of Business Conduct and other policies and procedures. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end global investigations, from assessing initial allegations to developing and implementing investigation plans, collecting evidence, conducting interviews, reviewing findings, preparing investigation reports, making recommendations and helping to monitor and remediate corruption and compliance risks. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on ethics and compliance initiatives such as trainings and communications.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct a diverse range of compliance-related investigations
  • Assist with operations, metrics and reporting for global investigations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate compliance risks, execute trainings and communications plans to ensure consistent application of compliance policies
  • Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams on time-sensitive investigations and other activities
  • Provide support for various other compliance programs and controls

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • A strong moral compass, a keen sense of curiosity, a passion for investigations, and exceptional judgment
  • Build and maintain a strong network of cross functional business stakeholders
  • JD plus will require admission to practice law in local jurisdiction
  • 6+ years of legal experience conducting all aspects of internal corporate investigations with an in-house legal department, top-tier law firm, and/or equivalent experience with a government or law enforcement agency
  • Subject matter expertise in the FCPA, UK Bribery Act and other global anti-corruption laws
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (this role will work on global investigations)
  • EU legal or investigation experience and proficiency in multiple language are pluses
  • A global mentality, a sense of humor and the ability to thrive under pressure

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $140,000 -- $266,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
