- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our attorneys, including managing schedules, appointments, and deadlines.
- Craft and refine legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings with precision and attention to detail.
- Responsible for incoming communications, including calls, emails, and inquiries, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for legal professionals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a legal secretary or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong typing skills and proficiency with legal terminology.
- Familiarity with legal research tools and software, such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
