
We are seeking a highly organized Paralegal Manager (Hybrid) to lead, mentor, and manage our firm’s paralegal team. The ideal candidate is a skilled leader who thrives in managing workflows, processes, and people to achieve operational excellence across the litigation department.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise paralegal team assignments, performance, and professional development.
- Implement and maintain standardized litigation procedures across all offices.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and continuing education for paralegals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to ensure growth and accountability.
- Coordinate with firm leadership on staffing, resource allocation, and case management efficiencies.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure firm compliance with court and case requirements.
- Evaluate and implement technology and tools to optimize paralegal workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role
- Preferred: experience in leading litigation paralegals
- Strong background in workflow design, process improvement, and team development.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of legal technology platforms and case management software.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary- $65,000-$85,000 (salary commensurate with experience)
