Job Description

We’re Poulin | Willey | Anastopoulo! We’re serious about providing outstanding representation and results to our clients — and we know that behind every successful case is a talented litigation support team. We’re looking for skilled and detail-driven Litigation Paralegals to help our attorneys focus on strategy and results while you own the day-to-day tasks that keep cases moving.

If you thrive in a fast-paced legal environment, take pride in keeping deadlines on track, and enjoy being the organized problem-solver everyone can rely on, you’re speaking our language. If you’ve been looking for a firm where your work makes a real difference for clients, welcome to the team.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage case workflows from filing through trial, keeping attorneys informed and deadlines met.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents — pleadings, discovery, motions, subpoenas, and more — for attorney review.
  • Review dashboards daily to ensure timely case movement and perform quality control checks.
  • Coordinate depositions, mediations, and other litigation-related events.
  • Maintain organized, secure client files and handle confidential information with care.
  • Communicate with clients, providers, witnesses, and opposing counsel to request documents and provide updates.
  • Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness coordination, and in-court logistics.
  • Identify process improvements to keep cases moving efficiently.

If you’re ready to bring your expertise to a high-performing team that has each other’s back, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

What You Will Bring:

  • Associate’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Certification, or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Prior experience as a litigation paralegal, ideally in personal injury or high-volume legal settings.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with legal tech, case management systems, and cloud-based tools.
  • High attention to detail and organizational discipline.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and commitment to ethical standards.
