This position is in-office.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives with a strong focus on digital marketing. This role also supports various marketing projects, including digital advertising, social media, email campaigns, Google Ads, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is looking for the opportunity to grow their expertise within the marketing field and within our organization. This position is located in our Palm Beach Gardens, FL office.
Key Responsibilities:
Content and Digital Marketing:
- Participate in the development/implementation of digital marketing strategies, working with firm leadership to understand business goals and working with our advertising agency to ensure marketing aligns with company objectives
- Work closely with SEO vendor, creating and monitoring results and reporting on performance
- Assist agency and branding director in marketing and strategic plan for social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, FB, TicToc, X and LinkedIn, consistently aligning with our brand
- Assist both creative team and marketing leadership in assessing various marketing vendor opportunities
- Manage keyword strategy
- Regularly provide reports on digital campaign performance, website analytics, social media metrics, and overall digital marketing ROI
- Assist in optimizing content for firm campaigns across Google and social platforms to increase engagement and lead generation
- Manage and monitor PPC, display advertising and other ad campaigns across digital
- Maintain and manage content on website
General Marketing Support:
- Conduct a weekly protocol check to ensure all marketing platforms and channels (website, CRM, ads, email platforms, social media) are functioning properly
- Work with marketing team as needed
- Perform administrative tasks such as tracking marketing expenses and creating ROI analysis of various digital initiatives
Event/Appearance Marketing:
- Participate as needed with firm-sponsored events (client events, community sponsorships, webinars, trade shows, etc.)
- Track event performance metrics (attendance, leads generated, ROI) and prepare post-event reports
Relationship Building:
- Serve as a liaison with vendors, and community partners to strengthen relationships
- Support the marketing team in nurturing client relationships with doctors, attorneys, and local businesses
Other Duties as Assigned:
- Support the marketing team with additional tasks, including research, data reporting, and marketing campaigns
