As their recruitment partner, we are assisting them in hiring a Trust & Estate Paralegal to support their growing team.
Role Overview:
This full-time, onsite Trust & Estate Paralegal role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys and professionals on active trust and estate projects. The role involves drafting and organizing legal documents, preparing probate court filings, maintaining estate administration checklists, and assisting with estate and fiduciary tax returns.
With regular interaction with clients, beneficiaries, and external advisors, this role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team environment and values client service. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career within a highly regarded legal practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and organize legal documents related to trust and estate matters.
• Prepare and file probate court documents.
• Maintain and update estate administration checklists.
• Assist with the preparation of estate and fiduciary tax returns.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure seamless case management.
• Communicate professionally with clients, beneficiaries, and external advisors.
Candidate Profile:
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication.

• Experience in trust and estate matters is preferred but not required.
