JOB DESCRIPTION: Leasing Officers are responsible for working with a Transaction Manager and team to gather necessary information from the lessees to a transaction; draft, document and finalize the equipment lease; and work with the lessees and vendors to carry out funding of the lease.
Essential Functions:
- Corresponding with lessees
- Drafting and preparing a wide range of lease documents in Microsoft Word and Ironclad
- Preparing requested redline revisions for internal review
- Requesting insurance certificates and other necessary information
- Ordering and reviewing UCC searches to prepare required subordination of interest letters
- Updating information and pertinent information in Salesforce
- Preparing wire requests and updating funding reports
- Working with the equipment team and legal team on various issues and tasks
- Meeting with a Contracts team to discuss weekly and daily tasks
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Requirements:
- High school diploma. A bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance, contracts experience, and writing skills.
