Offit Kurman is hiring a Corporate Associate Attorney to join our growing Atlanta office.

We are seeking a driven associate with experience in business law and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, to join our collaborative Corporate Practice Group.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise private companies, founders, and investors on a broad range of transactional and corporate matters
• Handle mergers & acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and corporate governance matters
• Work closely with early-stage and growth companies on entity formation, funding strategies, and commercial agreements
• Serve as outside general counsel to closely held businesses across industries such as healthcare, professional services, home services, and manufacturing

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of corporate/transactional experience (flexible depending on background)
• Strong experience with M&A and general corporate matters
• Ability to manage deals and client relationships with a high level of autonomy
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in working with growing businesses
