Duties
As an Information Technology Specialist in the United States Attorney's Office-District of Colorado, you will join a well-respected team, and be responsible for providing technical and analytical assistance. Your duties will include (but are not limited to): Providing IT customer service and support in troubleshooting, recovering, and resolving recurring software/hardware problems. Managing accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment. Installing, configuring, and upgrading commonly used hardware and software systems. Assisting in the configuration, installation, and maintenance of networked systems including hubs, routers, switches, bridges, servers, and related hardware. Maintaining telecommunications systems using knowledge of transmission, broadcasting, switching, control, and operation of telecommunications systems.
