Duties As an Information Technology Specialist in the United States Attorney's Office-District of Colorado, you will join a well-respected team, and be responsible for providing technical and analytical assistance. Your duties will include (but are not limited to): Providing IT customer service and support in troubleshooting, recovering, and resolving recurring software/hardware problems. Managing accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment. Installing, configuring, and upgrading commonly used hardware and software systems. Assisting in the configuration, installation, and maintenance of networked systems including hubs, routers, switches, bridges, servers, and related hardware. Maintaining telecommunications systems using knowledge of transmission, broadcasting, switching, control, and operation of telecommunications systems. Monitoring the functionality, security, and integrity of internet services. Managing internet servers. Analyzing policies and procedures to ensure information systems reliability and accessibility and to prevent and defend against unauthorized access to systems, networks, and data. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress. Salary- $59,486 - $108,251/year
