You will be working on complex, sophisticated matters involving First-Party Property Insurance, General Liability Defense, and Insurance Coverage Litigation. With 40+ years of experience and many offices across the nations with 130+ attorneys, the firm provides strong career advancement opportunities, including a well-defined path to partnership and potential equity ownership for growth-oriented attorneys.
What You’ll Do:
- First-party property claims and insurance coverage
- Defensing depositions of experts, fact witnesses, and parties
- Attending court hearings, mediations, and participating in trial preparation
- Handling matters related to liability claims
