Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Client Engagement: Understanding clients' needs, building rapport, recommending appropriate products or services, and conducting presentations.
Sales Process Management: Managing the sales cycle from lead receipt to closure, including following up on leads, negotiating terms, and closing contracts.
Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships with clients that ensures strong support, satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
Sales Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
Time Management: Effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and manage multiple client interactions within a fast-paced environment.
Schedule Flexibility: Adapting to a dynamic work schedule that may include occasional evenings, weekends, or travel to accommodate client needs or attend events.
Maintaining strong client relationships to ensure future sales.
Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent presenting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
