Trueline's client, a prestigious litigation firm, is seeking a Senior Legal Secretary to join their team in New York. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with top-tier attorneys in a fast-paced, high-stakes commercial litigation environment.
What You'll Do as the Legal Secretary:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to multiple attorneys
- Manage complex tasks and legal workflows, including drafting and filing court documents
- Coordinate attorney calendars, travel arrangements, and office operations
- Assist with client matter intake, timekeeping, and billing processes
- Maintain meticulous organization of both electronic and physical files
You'll Succeed as the Legal Secretary if you Have:
- 3+ years of commercial litigation experience, preferably at an Am Law firm
- Proven ability to support multiple attorneys simultaneously
- Expertise in e-filing for state and federal courts
- Proficiency with docketing systems and legal document preparation
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and legal software
