This is a full-time salary exempt position. Annual base salary plus commission depends on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze evidence including medical records and investigative findings, interview clients and witnesses, consult field experts, and research statutes and case law
- Prepare legal documents such as briefs, motions, pleadings, and other correspondence
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients' needs after thorough analysis and review of plaintiff and defense positions
- Attend court appearances, hearings, depositions and case management meetings as needed
- Resolve cases to achieve the best possible outcome for the client through mediation, arbitration, and trial
- Act as a mentor to junior attorneys
- Participate in marketing initiatives such as podcasts, blogs, and ad campaigns
- Active member of NC Bar Association required
- Five (5) or more years of experience in personal injury litigation preferred
- Proficiency in writing, research, negotiation, and public speaking required
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills required
- Experience with Needles Neos Case Management Software a plus
