Paralegal

We are looking to add an experienced Litigation Paralegal to our Personal Injury team.  The successful candidate will work closely with senior-level attorneys and team members in managing complex personal injury cases.  Our ideal candidate is a reliable team player with a friendly, positive attitude and a high level of professionalism who will play a key supporting role to ensure our clients are well served.

The position requires 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience that includes collecting, managing and reviewing documents; drafting legal documents i.e., discovery, pleadings and routine correspondence; the ability to recognize potential problems and identify and recommend solutions; strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize a deadline driven workload; and experience preparing for and attending arbitration, mediation, or trial.

SALARY RANGE:  $65,000 to $80,000, starting salary within the range will be commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience.
