Litigation Associate Attorney

Litigation Associate Attorney sought by Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, LLP for a position based in Atlanta, GA. Must have a Juris Doctor degree (JD) and 24 months of experience as an associate attorney. Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia. Must have experience with jury trials and discovery in transportation and construction litigation matters. Duties include: Assist senior attorneys in managing a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including transportation, construction, premises liability, and other general liability cases; Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations, representing clients and presenting legal arguments persuasively and professionally.
