IP Litigation - Mid-Level Associate - Silicon Valley Job Type: Full-time Location: Northern California

An Am Law 100 law firm, known for having one of the nation’s most active intellectual property litigation practices as ranked by Corporate Counsel, is seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate for its rapidly growing West Coast intellectual property litigation practice. This role involves working on high-profile patent, trade secrets, and commercial disputes in the high technology, software, digital media, and semiconductor industries.

Job Description

The associate will be engaged in:

  • Handling complex patent and trade secrets disputes.
  • Working with inter partes review petitions, which is highly desirable.
  • Contributing to a team handling groundbreaking cases in a dynamic sector.
Job Requirements
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in IP litigation, specifically with patent and trade secrets disputes.
  • Education: A degree in Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science is strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Outstanding academic credentials, proven law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Licensing Requirements: Relevant bar admission is required, with prompt eligibility necessary. Admission to practice before the USPTO is preferred.
