Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex commercial real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, and manage case strategy
- Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
- Work collaboratively with partners and senior attorneys across practice areas
Compensation:
Hourly rate between $76 and $93, commensurate with experience. The role has the potential to convert to a permanent position based on performance and team needs.

Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Illinois bar membership in good standing
- Minimum 3 years of real estate litigation experience, preferably at a mid-to-large firm
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
- $76 - $93/hour
