Job Description

Note: Experienced HOA / Condo Association Attorneys Only — This Is Not an Entry-Level Role

We are actively recruiting an attorney with proven experience representing condominium associations, homeowner associations, and boards. This role is exclusively board-side representation—not unit-owner advocacy.

If you already represent associations (or have in the past) and are looking for a platform that rewards experience, independence, and client relationships, keep reading.

This role is best suited for attorneys who already understand association politics, board dynamics, and the realities of HOA decision-making.

The Opportunity
  • Compensation commensurate with experience
  • Additional bonuses for:
    • Self-generated clients
    • Bringing existing association clients with you
  • High autonomy with firm support
  • Long-term growth opportunity for the right attorney
Who This Role Is For
  • A true self-starter who does not need supervision
  • An attorney who treats board members as long-term business clients—not one-off files
  • Someone who is organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
  • A professional who understands that HOA clients expect:
    • Timely communication
    • Clear, practical guidance
    • Risk-aware decision-making
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
  • Prior experience representing:
    • Condominium associations
    • Homeowner associations
    • Boards of directors
  • Comfort advising boards on:
    • Governance & compliance
    • Enforcement & covenant issues
    • Vendor, management, and operational disputes
    • Owner disputes and board fiduciary obligations
  • Board-Level Judgment
  • Thick Skin & Professional Demeanor
  • Business-Minded
  • Strong Written Communication
  • Responsiveness Discipline
  • Independence & Ownership Mentality
  • Relationship Builder
Bonus Compensation
  • Origination bonuses for self-generated association clients
  • Enhanced compensation if you bring existing HOA/condo clients with you
If you are currently representing associations—or have done so successfully in the past—and want to be rewarded for your experience and relationships, we want to talk.
