What You'll Be Doing

• Corporate Governance: Help maintain corporate records, provide general assistance to the Legal Department, and ensure compliance with governance protocols.

What Are We Looking For

• Students pursuing or interested in pre-law, legal studies, compliance or related fields

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Interest in legal, compliance, and corporate governance

• Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to learn in a dynamic business setting
