A Legal Department Intern provides support for legal and regulatory research, drafting documents, and managing files. They assist in providing legal advice and documentary support to business units, assist with corporate governance matters, and perform administrative tasks, gaining practical experience in corporate law, regulatory matters, litigation, or compliance under supervision.
- Organizing and managing legal files and documentation
- Assisting attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and depositions
- Supporting the team with scheduling, filing, and managing correspondence
- Performs data entry
Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong academic achievement. No less than 3.00 GPA
- Demonstrated interest in finance and financial markets
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proven ability to take on significant responsibility
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
The salary range for this position is $20.00-$25.00 Hourly
