Workers Compensation Associate Attorney

Shook & Stone Injury Lawyers is a full-service injury and disability law firm seeking an attorney to join our expanding team in Las Vegas, Nevada. The right candidate is an individual focused on a client-first practice who is passionate and open to expanding their legal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of workers compensation cases from inception to resolution.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Assist with trial preparation and strategy.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• 2+ years of Workers Compensation Law experience is preferred but not required.
