A well-established statewide California law firm is expanding its Family Law practice in Sacramento and is seeking an experienced attorney to help grow and shape the office. This opportunity is ideal for a solo practitioner looking to rejoin a firm environment or a family law attorney with a portable book of business who wants the support, infrastructure, and stability of a larger platform.

• Handle a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child and spousal support, and domestic violence cases

• Manage cases from intake through resolution with a high level of client service

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements

• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and settlement conferences

• Negotiate practical, client-focused resolutions

• Maintain organized case files and consistent client communication

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support the continued growth of the Sacramento office

• J.D. and active California Bar license

• Significant family law experience (ideal for attorneys coming from solo or small-firm practice)

• Ability to independently manage cases and client relationships

• Portable book of business welcomed but not required

• Strong courtroom presence, negotiation skills, and professionalism
