Social Media Marketer/Videographer

What’s the opportunity: 

Content Creation and Videography 

• Produce high-quality video content 
• Film, edit, and deliver optimized short-form videos across platforms 
• Capture and edit photography for social and website use 
• Manage on-site shoots, lighting, audio, and equipment 

Social Media Management 

• Develop and execute a content calendar across platforms 
• Write engaging captions and create brand-consistent visuals 
• Use performance metrics to improve reach, engagement, and conversions 
• Pitch new content ideas to relevant PI audience 

Brand and Marketing Support 

• Collaborate with appropriate staff for educational and storytelling content 
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, style, and messaging 
• Assist with digital advertising for platforms 
• Contribute to overall marketing initiatives 

 What do you need to bring: 

• 3+ years’ experience in social media marketing, content creation, or videography 
• Platform usage on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn 
• Thrives in high-paced exciting environment 
• Works independently with a high degree of latitude 
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills 
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and creativity  
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing tools 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable software systems 
• Bilingual: English/Spanish a plus, but not necessary  
• Office – onsite role 

Compensation package: 

• $70-85k annually
