The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our Litigation department. This is an ideal role for an ambitious lawyer looking to build a career within a supportive, high-achieving environment.

Experience Level: 0–3 years of experience.

Practice Focus: Civil Litigation (Labor and Employment experience is preferred).

Location: Erie, PA.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in diverse litigation matters, including research, drafting pleadings, discovery, and appearance at hearings and conferences.

Assist in the management of Labor & Employment cases, providing counsel on workplace regulations and disputes.

Collaborate with senior associates and partners to develop specialized legal strategies.

Utilize state-of-the-art legal tech to streamline case management and trial preparation.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (or pending admission).

Strong academic record and writing skills.

Demonstrated interest in labor and employment law, insurance defense and/or general commercial litigation.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.
