Foster Swift Collins & Smith, P.C. is seeking a full- or part-time health care law attorney to join its Health Care Practice Group in either its Grand Rapids or Holland office.
This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys whose practice blends business law with at least two of the following areas:
- Provider contracting
- Regulatory compliance
- Business transactions
- Healthcare licensing actions
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of health care law experience and demonstrate proficiency in:
- Provider contracting (physicians, hospitals, hospices, home care, pharmacy, DME)
- Regulatory compliance (HIPAA, anti-kickback statute, Stark, corporate practice of medicine)
- Business transactions, including Medicare changes of information and ownership
- Healthcare licensing actions

- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Michigan and in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of health care law experience
- Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills
