Remote, Contract -based, New York Litigation / Discovery Paralegal (Business & Real Estate Litigation) - 5+ Hours per Week

We are a national network of experienced, high -level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on -demand support for both short -term and long -term legal projects for our client law firms.
<\/p>

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Litigation / Discovery Paralegal (Business & Real Estate Litigation)<\/b>.
<\/p>

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 6–10 hours per week<\/b>, with potential for ongoing work based on performance.
<\/p>

Paralegal Requirements:<\/b>
<\/p>

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal with strong discovery experience
  <\/li>
• Proven ability to review documents, organize, and summarize large volumes of documents and create a spreadsheet that references dates and summarizes those communications(500–1000+ documents)
  <\/li>
• Strong experience supporting business and/or real estate litigation matters
  <\/li>
• Ability to analyze documents and communications and create clear summaries and organized tracking systems (e.g., spreadsheets with timelines and key facts)
  <\/li>
• Experience with discovery support, including document review, organization, and production
  <\/li>
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  <\/li>
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on project -based work
  <\/li>
• Strong written communication skills, particularly in summarizing complex information clearly and concisely
  <\/li>
• Ability to manage deadlines and ensure work is completed efficiently
  <\/li>
• Litigation experience required; New York -specific experience preferred but not required
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour<\/b>.
