• Draft and prosecute high -quality U.S. patent applications

• Conduct prior art, patentability, and freedom -to -operate analyses

• Collaborate directly with inventors, scientists, and cross -office teams

  Compensation:<\/b>

  The anticipated base salary range is $210,000–$275,000<\/b>, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.

  Requirements<\/h3>

  • Ph.D. in a biology -related field (molecular/cellular biology, genetics, immunology, or related)

  • Admission to the USPTO
    <\/p><\/li>

  • State Bar admission (IL preferred)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • 4–6 years of top law firm patent prosecution experience in a broad range of biology applications
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Superior academic credentials and outstanding writing skills required
