The Opportunity
We are seeking a Director of Growth to lead and scale high-intent acquisition across Google and Microsoft Ads, driving efficient, measurable growth in leads and retained cases. This role owns CPL, cost-per-case, and overall marketing ROI.
You will partner with executive leadership to define strategy, allocate budget, and prioritize initiatives, while overseeing campaign architecture, bidding, attribution, and testing across the full funnel. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands auction dynamics, values clean data, and is focused on driving results.
Accountable for
- Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display with a focus on lead volume, lead quality, CPL, and cost-per-case performance.
- Structure campaigns with disciplined account architecture, keyword strategy, audience layering, bidding logic, and negative management.
- Execute structured testing roadmaps across ad copy, bidding strategies, landing pages, and targeting to drive measurable efficiency gains.
- Monitor daily pacing, budget delivery, and performance volatility, proactively identifying and resolving inefficiencies.
- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across GA4, GTM, call tracking platforms, and CRM integrations.
- Troubleshoot lead flow issues, pixel discrepancies, tagging errors, and routing problems in partnership with analytics and intake teams.
- Analyze full-funnel performance from click → call → qualified → retained case and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative teams to guide messaging, offers, and asset requests based on performance data and search intent.
- Deliver clear reporting on spend, leads, CPL, projections, and down-funnel insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience in a lead generation or high-intent acquisition environment.
- Strong command of Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, and automated bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, value-based bidding).
- Experience managing meaningful monthly budgets with clear ROI accountability.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and troubleshooting attribution or tracking discrepancies.
- Experience working in call-based or intake-driven environments where lead quality materially impacts revenue.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Experience with advanced attribution models a plus.
Compensation
- $165,000 - $190,000 depending on experience
