Deputy Prosecuting Attorney

The Clark County Prosecuting Attorney is seeking a full-time deputy prosecuting attorney. This deputy prosecutor will be responsible for prosecuting a variety of misdemeanor and felony cases, including OWI Resulting in Death cases. The position requires working with a team of three other deputy prosecutors on a daily basis to coordinate schedules and court duties. It is essential that the candidate be highly organized and able to manage a busy schedule.

Qualifications

Doctor of Jurisprudence degree and a license to practice law in the state of Indiana.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as proficient computer skills.

Ability to work both independently and work well with others as a team player.
