Corporate Associate Attorney (Private Equity)

Avantis Resources is seeking a Corporate Associate with a minimum of 4 years of transactional experience<\/b> to join a dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions<\/b>, private equity transactions<\/b>, venture capital financing<\/b>, and general corporate matters<\/b>. • Manage and execute mergers and acquisitions<\/b>, private equity transactions<\/b>, and venture capital financings<\/b>, including drafting and negotiating relevant agreements.

• Advise clients on corporate governance<\/b>, regulatory compliance<\/b>, and securities law<\/b> matters.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective transactional strategies<\/b>.

  Requirements<\/h3>

  J.D. from an accredited law school<\/b> with strong academic credentials.

  Admission to the Florida Bar<\/b>, in good standing.
  <\/li>

  Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience<\/b> in corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity.

  Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities in a fast -paced environment.
