Paralegal / Legal Assistant

GPS is hiring for Litigation Paralegals/Legal Assistants in Santee, SC! Why you should apply:

 What you will do:

• Manage discovery events, draft responses, and organize documents
• Prepare final discovery packages and support trial prep
• Prepare titles, order title work, draft pleadings, and track billing
• Prepare and serve final orders
• Collect and summarize injury details
• Track records and manage treatment plans
• Prepare schedules and manage record-keeping
• Close and archive files
• Track billable time

 What you will need:

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel required)
• Law firm experience preferred (but not required)
