Job Description

Since 2006, Goldberg and Associates has built a steadfast reputation of success in immigration law. We are growing and are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Technical Product/Project Manager (TPM) to join our team.

As a Senior TPM, you will play a crucial role in leading and directing the overall product management for development and/or integration systems projects/products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and shape the future of our Firm. The incumbent should live or relocate to California prior to the first day of the job. It will require the ability to be available to work one Saturday every month onsite. The job will be performed in the California office location physically however employee will need to travel to Michigan, and Djibouti at least 3 times a year and need to be at one location for at least 3 weeks during each trip. If needed, the employee should be flexible to relocate to one of our other office locations from California.

SALARY RANGE: $

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and directing the overall product management for the development and/or integration of systems projects/products.
  • Articulating the vision and objectives of strategic projects/products.
  • Developing and communicating a clear understanding of the current and future state of project/product, and project/product phases to all levels of management, including the CEO via presentations, discussions, and written communications.
  • Writing the technical requirement documents such as SRS, BRD, etc.
  • Leads the coordination of activities to integrate workflows, design, interfaces, development, and all other system-based product management responsibilities. Further responsible for third-party integrations with APIs/Saas, managing database tools, marketing tools, productivity tools, and for digital transformation.
  • Responsible for interviewing and selecting technical support staff. Responsible for communication between business and remote engineering team and teams of lawyers and paralegals that works remotely.
  • Managing CRM tools and ERP.
  • Leads, manages, and coordinates technical staff across different project/product teams and manages accountability of all parties to meet committed milestones and deliverables.
  • Ensures that operational and technical decisions are finalized in time to meet committed project/product time frames.
  • Communicates with the CEO to ensure that updated requirements are met. Develops and manages bilingual (English/Arabic) CRM, setting up authorities, access level, and parameters for the internal CRM. Stays up to-date and informed of advances in the IT field by attending courses, conferences, and seminars to stay updated with new technologies and new computing languages/tools.
  • Collaborates and communicates effectively, both written and orally, so that it is clearly understandable by both technical and other employees.
  • Training the office employees about the user experience of new updated tools.
  • Develops and manages digital marketing and social media account strategies which includes but is not limited to creating content posts in Arabic, targeting potential clients and current clients from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Djibouti, Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey, and Yemen.
  • Participates in other projects/products and job duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities: Education and Experience:

  • Certificate in professional data analysis tool.
  • Special Skills, Foreign Language Fluency in Arabic both in writing and speaking (preferably Yemeni dialect).
  • Minimum 4 years of technical product/project/product management and systems integration experience required.
  • Solid project/product/vendor management skills are required with the ability to manage projects/products from conception to successful implementation.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects/products that impact core business operations required.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects/products in a cross-functional environment required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and team-building skills, business judgment and proven expertise in directing the efforts of technical staff which may or may not report directly to the position required.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (preferably Yemeni dialect) is required to support the majority of our client base and create marketing strategies and social media posts to attract new clientele.
  • Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects/products on schedule and within budget Conducting risk assessments for projects/products.
  • Familiar with product management methodologies such as waterfall, agile, canaban, and scrum. Familiar with data analysis tools such as metabase, klipofolio.
  • Organizing meetings to discuss project/product goals and progress
  • Experience managing resources for project/products, such as computer equipment for employees and managing salesforce integration.
  • Deep understanding of the Arabic culture in order to meet up with the client expectations and enhance user experience/user interface based on clients' needs.
  • Setting project/product milestones and coming up with plans to meet those goals.
