Role Overview We are seeking an experienced ITC Litigation Paralegal with deep knowledge of Section 337 procedures and complex litigation practices to support attorneys in high‑priority, fast‑paced matters before the U.S. International Trade Commission. The ideal candidate excels under tight deadlines, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and brings a proactive, solutions‑focused approach to every stage of the litigation lifecycle. Responsibilities Coordinate, prepare, organize, and interpret complex legal documents related to ITC investigations and IP litigation. Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and exhibits with courts and agencies, including the ITC. Manage large‑scale discovery, including document review workflows, production sets, and trial exhibit preparation. Conduct e‑discovery searches and manage document review using platforms such as Relativity. Support deposition preparation, including exhibit compilation, witness materials, and logistical coordination. Perform factual and legal research using internal systems and external databases Build, maintain, and oversee case databases, document repositories, and litigation files. Coordinate trial logistics, including remote and in‑person setups, vendor management, and travel arrangements. Provide on‑site and in‑court support during trials, hearings, and agency proceedings. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to streamline workflows and enhance litigation processes. Train, mentor, and direct junior paralegals and litigation support staff as needed. Work overtime and travel as required. Assist with court filings. Docket court dates, if appropriate. Perform administrative tasks according to department and firm policies and procedures Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent litigation experience; Paralegal certificate preferred Minimum of 5 years of IP litigation paralegal experience, including substantial ITC matters Solid trial and arbitration experience, including direct involvement in ITC proceedings Experience with ITC filings, procedures, rules, and Section 337 investigation processes Strong desire to focus on ITC‑related work High proficiency with LexisNexis, Westlaw, PACER, EDIS, and USPTO systems Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web‑based collaboration tools In-depth experience with e-discovery and litigation support software (Relativity, Concordance, IPRO, LiveNote, CaseMap, TimeMap, DTSearch, and other similar litigation support software) Solid experience with case/matter management systems and database tools Expert research skills using online and government resources Ability to prepare motions in limine, jury instructions, verdict forms, witness lists, exhibit lists, and trial binders Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure, meet frequent deadlines, and manage multiple priorities Ability and willingness to work overtime on a regular basis Strong written and verbal communication skills (including spelling and grammar) and interpersonal skills are required  Ability to work independently as a self‑starter while taking direction effectively Ability to work courteously and efficiently with attorneys, clients, staff, vendors, and peers Strong command of timekeeping, expense reporting, and legal billing practices Willingness to collaborate as a team player on cases and department projects   If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for promoting success, we would love to hear from you.  The base annual pay range for this role is between $100,000 - $110,000. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity.
