Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing, is required.
- 3–5 years of substantive experience in sophisticated commercial litigation.
- A proactive mindset and entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to contribute meaningfully in high-stakes, fast-paced litigation environments.
- The ideal candidate will be an influential force with a strong, positive presence.
- Soft Skills: Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other court filings.
- Negotiate and draft commercial contracts as needed.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients and advocate effectively in court proceedings.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across practice groups to deliver excellent client service.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation: Includes an annual salary range of $245,000 – $295,000, determined by experience and market factors.
Eligibility for discretionary bonuses and incentive packages.
