Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join its dynamic litigation team in Austin, Texas. • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing, is required.
• 3–5 years of substantive experience in sophisticated commercial litigation.
• A proactive mindset and entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to contribute meaningfully in high-stakes, fast-paced litigation environments.
• The ideal candidate will be an influential force with a strong, positive presence.
• Soft Skills: Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

• Represent clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other court filings.
• Negotiate and draft commercial contracts as needed.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients and advocate effectively in court proceedings.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across practice groups to deliver excellent client service.

Competitive Compensation: Includes an annual salary range of $245,000 – $295,000, determined by experience and market factors.
