Sales & Client Success Leader / Nationwide Law Firm Referral Network Manager

Location: Based in Kansas City
Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives

Our firm seeks an expert BizDev leader to develop and optimize our national attorney referral partner network, ensuring seamless case intake, strong partner relationships, and revenue growth through fee-sharing agreements.

What You’ll Do:
  • Build and scale a national network of law firm referral partners.
  • Implement and manage sales processes, CRM systems, and performance metrics.
  • Drive client success through strategic partner engagement and performance tracking.
  • Oversee financials related to referral revenue, contract pricing, and growth metrics.
  • Develop high-impact relationships through networking, outreach, and relationship management.
  • Lead technology and software onboarding efforts for new referral partners.
  • Facilitate strategic Business Reviews and performance discussions with partners and firm leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven success in high-volume relationship sales, preferably in SaaS, legal services, or business development.
  • Expertise in CRM systems, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
  • Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop sales teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of building and scaling new business initiatives.
