
Job Title: Part-Time Immigration Quality Control Attorney (1099 Position)

Compensation: $2,000 per month (Independent Contractor - 1099)
Job Description:Dalal & Mehta Immigration Law Firm is seeking a Part-Time Immigration Quality Control Attorney to ensure the accuracy and completeness of immigration filings before submission to USCIS and EOIR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family-based and humanitarian immigration law, attention to detail, and the ability to provide timely feedback to the paralegal team.
Responsibilities:- Review 25-35 immigration cases per month before submission.
- Identify and correct errors in immigration packets.
- Provide detailed feedback to paralegals on mistakes and ensure corrections are made.
- Verify the correct USCIS / EOIR filing center for mailing.
- Confirm correct form editions are used.
- Conduct a final re-review of the corrected packet before clearance for submission.
- Ensure a same-day turnaround with a 1-2 hour response time via Microsoft Teams.

- VAWA Petitions
- I-751 Petitions to Remove Conditions
- EOIR Motion Work
- EAD
- These are just to name a few. We deal with all imigration cases, except employment immigration.
- Licensed U.S. attorney in good standing.
- 2+ years of immigration law experience (family and humanitarian cases preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify filing errors.
- Experience with USCIS & EOIR procedures and form requirements.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams for communication and document review.
