Job Description

About the role

The Sr TikTok Specialist is responsible for leading and executing the firm's TikTok strategy to increase engagement, drive brand visibility, and generate qualified leads. This role serves as the firm’s in-house TikTok expert and oversees everything from planning and posting to reporting and trend analysis. The role will collaborate with multiple departments, including content, analytics, and social sentiment teams, and influence junior contributors as needed.


What you'll do

  • Lead TikTok strategy and execution in alignment with marketing campaigns and firm initiatives.
  • Manage the TikTok content calendar with a proactive lens on trends and key firm milestones.
  • Record content or direct filming for TikTok, collaborating closely with copywriters and editors.
  • Post content natively, schedule drafts, and optimize for performance.
  • Report weekly on trends, audio, hashtags, and TikTok-specific features that support growth.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to assess performance and optimize for engagement and conversion.
  • Work with the social communications team to monitor sentiment and escalate community concerns.
  • Coordinate cross-functional TikTok promotions tied to launches, partnerships, or awareness weeks.
  • Assist in ideation and production of lifestyle and influencer-style content featuring internal talent (e.g., Angel, Juan, client stories).
  • Ensure all content is brand-aligned and sensitive to the firm’s mission, tone, and audience preference.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years managing TikTok strategy and posting for a brand or influencer account
  • Proven track record of creating viral or high-performing content 
  • Portfolio or examples of relevant video work 
  • Deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, audience behavior, and best practices 
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (B2-C1 level) 
  • Creative storytelling and camera presence; comfortable recording or directing talent
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Later, and CapCut or Adobe Premiere 
  • Experience with TikTok Ads Manager and analytics platforms is a plus 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills 
  • May include nights and weekends
