Title: Mid-Level Litigation Associate – White Collar, Investigations, and Government Enforcement
Location: Hybrid -New York, NY or Washington, DC

- Work on litigation related to securities, regulatory, and white-collar matters.
- Assist with investigations and government enforcement actions.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and execution of complex litigation cases.
- Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and other litigation-related materials.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on compliance and regulatory issues.
Requirements:
- Admission to the New York and/or D.C. bar.
- Minimum of 4 years of strong litigation experience in securities, regulatory, and white-collar matters.
- Prior law firm experience is required.
- Federal court clerkship is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and business judgment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties, both verbally and in writing.
- Deliver high-quality, timely work products and meet deadlines.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Adhere to firm policies and practices while meeting performance expectations.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school.
