Title: Mid-Level Litigation Associate – White Collar, Investigations, and Government Enforcement
Location: Hybrid -New York, NY or Washington, DC

• Work on litigation related to securities, regulatory, and white-collar matters.
• Assist with investigations and government enforcement actions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and execution of complex litigation cases.
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and other litigation-related materials.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on compliance and regulatory issues.

• Admission to the New York and/or D.C. bar.
• Minimum of 4 years of strong litigation experience in securities, regulatory, and white-collar matters.
• Prior law firm experience is required.
• Federal court clerkship is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and business judgment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties, both verbally and in writing.
• Deliver high-quality, timely work products and meet deadlines.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Adhere to firm policies and practices while meeting performance expectations.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school.
