ATTORNEYS TITLE FUND SERVICES
As a Business Development Advisor (Sales Executive), you will identify prospects and develop/secure title insurance business to grow our premium revenue. Actively work to build and maintain strong business relationships that lead to referrals and profitable premium business.
*Candidates must live in the local Fort Myers area
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop action plans to achieve sales/revenue targets.
Conduct market analysis of assigned territory to identify high potential members for acquisition and premium revenue growth.
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns; develop and execute sales strategy.
Network with industry associations, economic development groups and local chambers to identify new member prospects.
Develop plan, prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to secure new business.
Negotiate agreements/pricing where appropriate.
Build strong business relationships with acquired new business decision makers and ensure clear understanding of their key decision drivers.
Forecast and analyze key account metrics and incorporate into market business development plan.
Contribute to Fund product and sales strategies by providing feedback from members; identify needs and provide competitor intelligence to manager as available.
Partner with Sales Leadership, Underwriting, Branch Managers and team members, to leverage their expertise when necessary, to secure new business and retain premium revenue.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience in real estate marketing, sales or general business required.
Experience: 3 years of progressive experience in a Florida Title Agency and/or Title Insurance Underwriter, including knowledge of title agency workflow, title agency software, policy/payment, problem resolution, and business development. 2 years Consultative Sales/Business Development experience preferred. 2 years’ Title management experience preferred.

License Requirements: Must maintain a valid Driver’s License. Must have minimum required auto insurance coverage while employed in this position, and maintain and submit proof of continuing coverage periodically.
Travel: A significant amount of in-state travel. Overnight and extended travel may be required.
