Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from high school and one year of related office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Special Note: This is a generalized representation of positions in this class and is notintended to reflect essential functions per ADA . Examples of competencies are typical of the majority of positions, but may not be applicable to all positions. Diplomas or degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in applicable field and/or 3+ years of experience in data migration, data management, or system implementation, preferably within a legal or professional services environment. Proficiency in matter management or case management systems (e.g., NetDocuments or similar platforms). Strong understanding of data integrity, quality control, and compliance, particularly in a legal context. Experience with electronic file creation, management, and closure in response to legal team requests. Familiarity with data security protocols and privacy regulations. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle system integration challenges. Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to collaborate across IT, legal, and administrative teams.
