The largest Workers’ Comp Defense firm in the Southeast seeks a talented attorney with experience for our Miami- Plantation office.
The perfect associate for this position would be passionate about working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people. We are looking for associates that are bright, hard working, have strong communication skills, pay close attention to detail, and want to work in an active, rapid paced practice. We believe in mentoring and promoting from within, and the average is 5 years for an associate to earn Partnership.

You will work closely with partners and senior associates who will provide active mentoring and client contact. Partners will devote time and energy to training, mentoring as well as providing you with exposure and counseling on the client development process. In exchange they seek an eager associate who wants to learn how to master the litigation process and who will anticipate the needs of a case to make it his/her own and the ability to grow his/her own caseload.
To qualify for this position you must have graduated from an accredited law school and an active member of the Bar or have recently taken the Bar Exam.

Salary: Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience
$80,000- $100,000.00 with bonus plan
