Job Description

Hauge Associates, Inc. is seeking a part-time Legal Support/Clerk position to assist in the legal process for our Collection Agency. This is a part-time position 20-29 hours per week with a flexible Monday – Friday work week.

The ideal candidate for this position will be detail-oriented, highly organized and capable of multi-tasking in a busy office setting.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Verifying employment and Legal addresses
  • Maintain and update reports, spreadsheets and files
  • Filing and Data entry
  • Other office duties as assigned
  • Scanning Documents
  • Assigning files

Requirements:

  • Some post-secondary education preferred
  • Experience in a Law Office beneficial; however not required.
  • A proven record of accuracy and organization
  • 1 – 3 years relevant administrative experience
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise appropriate judgement
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
  • Must be able to speak/write English clearly and proficiently
