About the role:

We’re hiring for our founding Legal Sales team out of our US HQ in Austin, TX. The Inside Sales Associate is perfect for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and help customers get the right legal support. This is a hands-on role focused on in-bound leads, speaking with customers via phone, email, and live chat. As a crucial member of Lawhive's founding GTM team, we're looking for someone with strong rapport-building and objection handling skills, with a demonstrated track record of achieving (and smashing) sales targets. Please note this is an in person role in our Austin office.

What You'll Do:

• Act as the first point of contact for potential clients seeking legal help

• Assesssing legal problems and suggesting solutions

• Handleing questions and objections via phone, email, and chat

• Play a key role in hitting our revenue targets

• Help reinvent access to legal support

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a competitive sales environment with demonstrated results

• A demonstrated understanding of the law including a legal degree, previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, or previous experience working in a regulated industry

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• You thrive in a goal-oriented, fast paced environment

• A motivation to learn and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

• Nice to have: A demonstrated understanding of the law including a legal degree, previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, or previous experience working in a regulated industry
