Your Opportunity to Drive Change
As our Contracts Manager, you'll play a crucial role in IONNA's mission to deploy 30,000+ high-powered charging stations, revolutionizing the way people drive and contributing to a greener future. You'll work directly with our General Counsel and key business stakeholders, negotiating and managing contracts that are vital to our rapid growth and success.
What You'll Do
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts, from construction and engineering to real estate acquisitions and vendor agreements
- Build and scale our contracts management infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive our ambitious expansion plans
- Contribute your legal expertise to critical projects that are reshaping the automotive industry

What We're Looking For
- A proactive problem-solver with excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts, as well as experience drafting, negotiating, and managing master services agreements for a variety of vendors and contracting partners
- Experience negotiating and managing company’s NDAs and the company’s contract execution process
- Passion for sustainable energy and the drive to make a positive impact on the world
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with minimal supervision
