Adobe is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic attorney to support the global source-to-pay team, which handles sourcing and purchasing across Adobe’s global operations. Based in Lehi, UT, this role offers the outstanding chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, contributing to the growth of a world-class company. • Serve as the legal lead for risk teams to address new and emerging regulatory risks, especially in highly regulated areas.
• Lead the review, drafting, and approval of procurement services agreements, especially in the technology category, including SaaS, payment processor, and strategic partnership agreements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, procurement, marketing, engineering, business units) to support revenue transactions and address legal and policy issues.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar membership.
• 10+ years of relevant experience (e.g., software licensing, cloud services, complex negotiations).
• Strong knowledge of privacy and data security compliance.
• Skilled in drafting and negotiating software license agreements.
• Ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly to different collaborators.
• Strategic problem solver with strong business instincts and a collaborative approach.
• Payments and regulatory experience are a plus but not required.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
