The Opportunity
We're seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Associate to join one of our esteemed clients in their Insurance Coverage Litigation practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a Chambers-ranked practice, enforcing policyholders' rights under a wide range of commercial insurance policies while handling high-profile, complex cases.

What You'll Do

• Advocate for Policyholders: Represent clients in litigation to enforce coverage rights for various commercial insurance policies.
• Manage Complex Cases: Handle significant policyholder cases across diverse industries with a high volume of activity.
• Deliver Excellence: Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, and collaborate with experienced litigators to drive successful outcomes.
• Collaborate on Strategy: Partner with colleagues to develop and execute litigation strategies in high-stakes matters.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience:
  • At least two years of insurance policyholder experience at an AmLaw 200 law firm or policyholder boutique; or
  • One year of insurance policyholder experience combined with federal judicial clerkship experience.
• Education: J.D. from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Skills: Exceptional legal writing, analysis, and advocacy skills.
• Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach to work.

• Litigation Expertise: Strong background in insurance policyholder litigation or similar practice areas.
• Strategic Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop creative solutions.
• Client-Centered Approach: Proven dedication to delivering outstanding results for clients.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
