Overview: 

We have an opportunity for a Civil Litigation Attorney with 1 to 5 years of general liability defense including but not limited to products liability experience to join our quickly expanding Baltimore (Hunt Valley) team. Candidate must be willing to take on responsibility, work well independently, and have strong problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.  The self-starter should want to learn diverse areas of the law which require strong writing, researching, and advocacy skills.  Enjoy a fast paced, volume practice while learning from seasoned mentors who are invested in you.  

When you join our team of legal professionals you can expect to be given significant responsibility and have immediate involvement with litigation matters.  Our attorneys work closely and collaboratively across all our offices to personalize best-in-class case strategies for our clients. This is an in-office position with some flexibility to work from home.

Skills / Experience: 

• JD from accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
• 1 to 5 years of civil litigation experience
• Current Maryland Bar admission
• Understanding of current state and federal procedures
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
• Desire to work closely with others in a team-oriented environment
